Return Policy

At BeatStyle.com, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. We understand that there may be instances where you or your customers may need to return a product due to a misprint. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, please familiarize yourself with our return policy outlined below.

POD

We are currently using Print-on-Demand services. This keeps our overhead low as we build this brand but offer merchandise to represent it. We plan on direct shipping and even more customized clothing in the future, but we all have to start somewhere!

So with that, this limits our return policy a little more on clothing and merchandise. However, we do follow Printful return policies and that gives us a little time for a few return options for misprinted/damaged/defective items. Beyond that, we can’t promise any other return types.

Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please submit a claim within 7 days of receiving the item. Claims for packages lost in transit must also be submitted within 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Send photos and full explanation of why its being returned to support@beatstyle.com. We will submit a claim to our POD supplier thoroughly to review each claim and if it is deemed an error on their part, they, will cover all expenses related to the return or exchange and ship a new item. Please note that if the product has been used or destroyed, even partially, a refund will not be possible.

Return Address

By default, the return address for all shipments is set to the facility at:

  • Packages sent out from our US and Mexico facilities are returned to 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
  • Packages sent out from our facility in Canada are returned to Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4, Canada.
  • Packages sent out from our Latvian facilities are automatically returned to Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
  • Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Australia are returned to 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders, except for phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (phone cases).
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Japan are returned to Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan (apparel orders); Ibe 15, Kunogi, Nakanoto, Kashima, Ishikawa prefecture, Japan 929-1801 (non-apparel orders).
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Brazil are returned to Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Antigo KM 3,5), Armazém 111, Galpão 02, Empreendimento Caxias Park. Parque Paulista. CEP 25251-460. Duque de Caxias – RJ, Brasil.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you to keep you informed. Please note that unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

It is important to ensure that the address provided by you at the time of purchase is accurate and sufficient for courier delivery. In the event of an insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will then be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

For unclaimed shipments that are returned to our facility, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your end customer, if applicable.

Please note that any returned orders due to an incorrect shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment will not be available for reshipping. In such cases, the returned items will be donated to charity at your cost, and no refund will be issued.

Sealed Goods and Face Masks

Please be aware that we do not accept returns of sealed goods, including face masks, for health and hygiene reasons.

Size Change Returns

We do not accept returns or offer size exchanges.

Notification for EU Consumers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
  2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Therefore, BeatStyle.com reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Please note that this policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
